（新加坡11日讯）入住新山酒店豪华房（Deluxe room），门却无法安全紧闭，房客被迫用衣架“锁门”，整晚无法安眠。
陈姓网友lawren两天前在tik tok分享在新山住酒店的恐怖经历，即房门可随意被打开。
他指出，曾向酒店接待处反映问题，仍无法解决问题，以致整天保持警惕。
他指出，入住新山市区一间酒店，却遇上糟糕的恐怖事件。
“您不需要钥匙卡，只需转动旋钮，您就可以进去了。他们还还说这是一间豪华房。”
他立即向接待处反映有关问题，得到的回应要另找他人处理，结果整晚上都没有人来整顿。
他无奈说，最后唯有尝试使用衣架，作为安全预防措施，且整晚保持警惕。
“这是我们第一次遇到这种情况，希望它不会发生在任何人身上。”
他更指出，会再三考虑是否还会选住这家酒店。

Highlighted the issue immediately to the reception and all we got is find him then he said find another one. So no one came to rectify the entire night.
